Driven by her own journey of losing weight in all the wrong ways, a messed up relationship with food, and recovering from a years-long eating disorder, Nicole has found her calling in helping other women create healthy eating habits and sustainable weight loss without dieting or toxic Diet Culture dogma.
Today, 10+ years later, she has a Master's degree in Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Public Health alongside an undergraduate degree in Health Psychology, various podcast & media features & a successful business where she has helped hundreds of women stop repeat dieting so they can live their healthiest & happiest lives!
