Ready to lose body fat without reliving the food rules, guilt, and obsession that came with growing up in 90s and early-2000s diet culture?
Lose body fat without becoming the version of yourself diet culture created.
If you grew up believing that getting smaller required calorie counting, cutting carbs, skipping dessert, or constantly "being good," I have fantastic news:
There is another way.
Hi, I'm Nicole - a Nutrition Coach with a master's degree in Nutrition and Public Health who helps women who survived 90s and early-2000s diet culture lose body fat without reliving it.
Together, we'll build an approach that works in real life (not just on your most motivated Monday).
Instead of relying on restriction, guilt, or willpower, you'll learn how to:
Eat satisfying meals that support fat loss without leaving you hungry or obsessed with food
Build habits that work even when your kids are sick, work is chaotic, travel pops up, or life doesn't go according to plan
Stop starting over after weekends, vacations, birthdays, and imperfect days
Trust yourself around food instead of relying on calorie-tracking apps, rigid rules, or "cheat days”
Pursue body fat loss from a place of self-respect, not self-hate or punishment
My goal isn't to give you another diet to follow.
It's to help you become the kind of person who no longer needs one.
Because sustainable fat loss isn't created by following food rules perfectly. It's created by building habits that feel so natural, flexible, and sustainable that they become part of who you are.
Imagine looking back a year from now and realizing...
You still enjoy pizza and ice cream with your family
You don't panic after an indulgent weekend
You don't feel guilty for eating bread
You don't have to "start over" every Monday (or any Monday)
And somewhere along the way...
you lost body fat, gained confidence, and stopped thinking about food all the time.
That's the transformation I help you to achieve.
Ready to lose body fat without reliving diet culture?

BIG Powerful Results (like these) predicated on your effort and compliance
and so much more…but I can’t give away all the juicy details!
Nutrition Coaching with Nicole is for you if…
you grew up during the 90s and early 2000s when Special K was considered a meal and America's Next Top Model convinced us smaller was always better
you want to lose body fat without counting calories, cutting out food groups, or thinking about food 24/7
you're tired of starting over and want an approach you can stick with even when life blows up
you want to feel strong, confident, hot AF, and comfortable in your body without sacrificing your mental health, social life, or relationship with food
Nutrition Coaching with Nicole is NOT for you if…
you're looking for a detox, cleanse, quick fix, or "lose 10 pounds by next weekend" solution
you want another list of food rules, a rigid meal plan, or someone to tell you exactly what you can and can't eat
you're looking for the fastest way to lose weight even if the cost is your health and your relationship with food
you believe the only measure of success is the number on the scale
you're not interested in changing the habits, mindset, and behaviors that create lasting results
If you’re ready to celebrate WINS like these:
What you can expect:
A deep-dive assessment of your goals, lifestyle, history, and preferences so we can create an approach to fat loss that fits your real life (not another generic plan you have to force yourself to follow)
A flexible, evidence-based approach to nutrition that helps you lose body fat while continuing to eat food you genuinely enjoy
Support unlearning the diet-culture rules you grew up with, like believing less food is always better, carbs are inherently fattening, or one imperfect choice can ruin your progress
A personalized nutrition strategy that supports an appropriate calorie deficit without crash dieting, chronic hunger, being afraid to eat
Results rooted in nourishment, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food - not punishment, shame, restriction, or rigid food rules
What NOT to expect:
A cookie-cutter meal plan that ignores your preferences, responsibilities, and individual needs
Rigid food rules that leave you hungry, deprived, and thinking about food all day
A 30- or 60-day quick fix with no plan for what happens after the diet ends
Another plan that helps you lose weight temporarily but leaves your relationship with food worse than before
THE REWRITE METHOD
THE REWRITE METHOD
Step 1: RECOGNIZE
This step is about uncovering the beliefs, patterns, triggers, and all-or-nothing behaviors you may not even realize you’re bringing into fat loss. Because you can’t rewrite a rule you don’t know you’re following.
Step 2: REBUILD
Together we build the nutrition foundation your body needs before asking it to change. Rather than immediately asking, “what can we eliminate?” we look at hunger patterns, meal timing, macronutrient balance, satisfaction, energy, and strength-supporting nutrition so we can create a manageable calorie deficit from a place of nourishment - not restriction.
Step 3: REHEARSE
This is where you get to practice fat-loss skills in your actual life - not just under perfect conditions. So when life feels chaotic (the kids are sick, work is demanding, the scale goes up, etc.) you know how to adjust - not abandon - the sustainable fat loss skills you’ve gained and succeed despite weekends, restaurants, stress, travel, imperfect days, and real life.
Step 4: RELEASE
And finally, you get to let go of the external control you no longer need while maintaining your results! Together we’ll ensure you feel confident retaining the habits and skills that created your results while releasing the need for things like tracking, rigid structure, food rules, all-or-nothing thinking, and the need for someone else to tell you whether you’re “doing it right”.
It’s YOUR turn to celebrate WINS like these!
Frequently Asked Questions:
-
1:1 Nutrition Coaching is a personalized approach to fat loss that helps you create results without falling back into the restrictive, all-or-nothing diet rules you grew up with.
Together, we create an approach that helps you lose body fat while supporting your strength, energy, health, relationship with food, and the life you actually want to live.
That means learning how to create an appropriate calorie deficit, build satisfying meals, navigate restaurants, weekends, travel, and imperfect days, and adjust when life doesn’t go according to plan - without ever feeling like you have to “start over.”
The goal isn’t just to help you lose weight.
It’s to help you rewrite the old rules, build the skills that actually work for you, and create fat loss you feel confident maintaining long after coaching ends.
-
Nope. The goal of coaching is to help you build nutrition strategies and eating habits that feel sustainable for you - not make your progress dependent on tracking apps, food scales, or perfectly measured portions.
Some clients find short-term tracking helpful for building awareness around calories, protein, portion sizes, and eating patterns. For others, tracking isn’t necessary or appropriate at all.
We’ll decide together whether it’s a useful tool for you based on your goals, history, preferences, and relationship with food.
And if we do use it, it’s just that: a tool. Not the thing holding your progress together.
One of the most important parts of coaching is learning how to create and maintain results without needing constant external control, so over time, you feel confident making food choices, adjusting when life changes, and supporting your goals without counting every calorie, measuring every macro, or portioning your meals into tiny Tupperware containers.
-
Dieting asks, “What do I need to cut, control, or avoid to get results?”
1:1 Nutrition Coaching asks, “What skills, habits, and strategies will help you reach your goals in a way you can actually sustain?”
There are no “good” or “bad” foods, no cheat days, no falling off the wagon, and no expectation that you follow a perfect plan.
Instead, coaching gives you personalized guidance, support, and accountability while teaching you how to nourish your body, create a manageable calorie deficit, navigate real-life situations, and make adjustments without spiraling into restriction or starting over.
The goal isn’t to make you better at dieting.
It’s to help you lose body fat, improve your health, and build the confidence and skills to maintain your progress without needing another set of rigid rules to follow.
-
Absolutely not. While many clients come to coaching with body composition or fat loss goals, weight does not have to be a focus of our work together.
For some clients, progress looks like having more energy, eating more consistently, improving strength and performance, supporting blood sugar or cholesterol, feeling more confident around food, reducing food guilt, or simply learning how to nourish their body without constantly thinking about weight.
Your goals determine what we focus on - not the scale.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching helps you understand how, what, and how much to eat in a way that supports your health, your lifestyle, and the outcomes that matter most to you.
-
1:1 Nutrition Coaching is a service that continues for as long as you need it to.
My most successful clients work with me for an average of 6-12 months depending on individual goals, priorities, and potential barriers.
If you’re looking for something to “test out” for a month or two, I’m probably not the right fit for you. If, however, you’re willing to take the time required to create sustainable results you feel confident about maintaining long-term, let’s make it happen!
-
The financial investment varies based on the level of accountability that works best for you, starting at $375/month when you commit to 6 months or more of 1:1 Nutrition Coaching.
