Starting with where you're at, we begin by ensuring you have a strong, healthy foundation.

This involves progressing you towards a confident and nourishing relationship with food and ensuring you're eating enough of each food group. Think: adding more nourishing foods IN versus taking all the “bad” foods you enjoy OUT.

Step 2: Individualization

We uncover what works best for your body in your real life so you can confidently create results and maintain them long-term. Do you feel best and make more progress when you eat breakfast every day? Or do you feel better when you wait to eat your first meal until later in the day? Is it easier for you to stay consistent when you plan to enjoy something sweet every day?     There are no foods you MUST eat and no foods you CAN’T eat. You do not need to deprive yourself of your favorite foods in order to create results. Personalized habit-based Nutrition Coaching teaches you how to create healthy eating habits and fat loss without dieting that you can confidently maintain moving forward.

  • Nope. We’re all about helping our clients to create nutrition strategies and healthy eating habits that feel SUSTAINABLE for them. And most of the time, counting/tracking/weighing food isn’t something we want to do forever.

    Some of our coaching clients find success using food logs and tracking apps for a short time as they create calorie and macronutrient awareness, however, the LAST thing we want is for your success to be dependent on external measures of control (like calorie counting) so it’s of utmost importance to us that you learn how to create and maintain your progress without needing to count calories, measure macros, or portion your food using tiny Tupperware containers.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching teaches you how to create healthy eating habits and fat loss that lasts without restriction, food rules, or crash dieting.

    There are no “good” or “bad” foods, there are no food rules, “cheat days” or “falling off the wagon”.

    1:1 Nutrition Coaching is a high accountability container that teaches you how to confidently nourish your body, navigate food, and reach your health and body composition goals.

  • Absolutely not! 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is a great personalized approach for any nutrition goal you are working towards, whether you’re trying to create healthier eating habits, increase energy, lower blood sugar, or focus on performance goals. 1:1 Nutrition Coaching will help you understand how, what, and how much to eat for your specific goals.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is a service that continues for as long as you need it to.

    Our most successful clients work with us for an average of 6-12 months depending on individual goals, priorities, and potential barriers.

    If you’re looking for something to “test out” for a month or two, we’re probably not the right fit for you. If, however, you’re willing to take the time required to create results that last and you feel confident maintaining long-term, we’re a match made in heaven.

  • The financial investment varies based on the level of accountability that works best for you, ranging from $263-417 per month when you commit to 6 months or more of 1:1 Nutrition Coaching.

    Because we want to make nutrition support more accessible for you, we’ve collaborated with Truemed and eligible customers can now use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds on @nutritionwithnicole coaching packages.

  • Yes! You may be eligible to invest in Nutrition Coaching with Nicole packages using Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds.

    STEP ONE: Complete a 2 minute evaluation from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.

    STEP TWO: If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). If not approved, the survey fee will be refunded.

    STEP THREE: Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.
