I’m a thirty-something Online Nutrition Coach and I’ve been where you are.
A decade ago I was stuck on the diet culture roller coaster ride; following rigid food rules, counting calories, eating less, and exercising more, only to end up exhausted, unhappy, and the farthest from healthy I’ve ever been.
A few wake up calls later, I committed my life to helping women live full and vibrant lives without food fear, rules, or restriction; creating healthy eating habits and weight loss in a sane, and sustainable way.
I’ve found what works (+ keeps working) and I want to share my Diet-Free Fat Loss Formula with you!
