+ What's The Cost?
The cost of The Fat Loss Jumpstart is $1200 when you pay in full, or $497/month when you choose a payment plan.
+ Can I Pay Using HSA/FSA?
Yes! You may be eligible to pay using Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds.
STEP ONE: Complete a 2 minute [evaluation from Truemed][1] that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.
STEP TWO: If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). If not approved, the survey fee will be refunded.
STEP THREE: Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.
+ Where Do The Coaching Calls Take Place?
All coaching calls will take place via Zoom and will be scheduled at your convenience.
+ How Much Weight Can I Expect To Lose?
It depends! On how much body fat you have to lose, on how committed you are to implementing what you learn through coaching, and whether you’re at a place in your journey where you believe fat loss is possible for you (mindset is key!). That being said, sustainable weight loss is .5-2 lbs per week which you can expect if you consistently commit to consistently applying the coaching you'll receive throughout the Fat Loss Jumpstart.
+ What Foods Will I Have To Cut Out?
NONE! Throughout the Fat Loss Jumpstart you will learn how ALL foods can fit into your sustainable fat loss plan. Nicole uses a "flexible dieting" approach that teaches you how to adequately nourish your body while prioritizing your favorite foods and beverages in a way that will allow you to reach your fat loss goal.
+What Happens After The Program Ends?
After you graduate from The Fat Loss Jumpstart you will have the option to continue working with Nicole one-on-one at a discounted rate, or continue applying what you've learned on your own!
