  • Nope. We’re all about helping our clients to create nutrition strategies and healthy eating habits that feel SUSTAINABLE for them. And most of the time, counting/tracking/weighing food isn’t something we want to do forever.

    Some of our coaching clients find success using food logs and tracking apps for a short time as they create calorie and macronutrient awareness, however, the LAST thing we want is for your success to be dependent on external measures of control (like calorie counting) so it’s of utmost importance to us that you learn how to create and maintain your progress without needing to count calories, measure macros, or portion your food using tiny Tupperware containers.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching teaches you how to create healthy eating habits and fat loss that lasts without restriction, food rules, or crash dieting.

    There are no “good” or “bad” foods, there are no food rules, “cheat days” or “falling off the wagon”.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is a service that continues for as long as you need it to.

    Our most successful clients work with us for an average of 6-12 months depending on individual goals, priorities, and potential barriers.

    If you’re looking for something to “test out” for a month or two, we’re probably not the right fit for you. If, however, you’re willing to take the time required to create results that last and you feel confident maintaining long-term, we’re a match made in heaven.

  • The financial investment varies based on the level of accountability that works best for you, ranging from $263-417 per month when you commit to 6 months or more of 1:1 Nutrition Coaching.
