Meal prep means setting aside a bit of time to prepare some healthy food in advance so that it’s ready, available, and convenient when you need it.
During this meal prep class you will learn how to anticipate, plan and strategize for a weeks worth of hearty, healthy fall meals. You will walk away with several tasty recipes and sample servings to take home and enjoy! :) And, not to mention you'll have access to me - a certified nutrition coach - in addition to a community of other healthy eaters to bounce ideas off of and troubleshoot with, an all for only $40!
